The client engaged us to install a second Discover Energy Systems battery, supplying all necessary equipment and hardware.

Our Approach

Our approach was straightforward: identify the optimal battery placement, install the mounting hardware with proper clearance to ensure the battery doors can open freely, and then commission the system.

Challenges

The biggest challenge occurred during commissioning. The Solark inverter did not recognize the second battery because a software update was required. These systems need a laptop and a specific data cable to perform the update. Once the update was completed, the system went live.
